This Privacy Policy applies to the Easy Chat application (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Nex Lab (referred to as "Service Provider"). Easy Chat is provided as an ad-supported service and is intended for use "AS IS".

What Does Easy Chat Do?

Easy Chat allows you to start a WhatsApp conversation with any phone number without saving that number to your contacts. You enter a phone number in the app, select a country code, and the app opens WhatsApp directly. No account registration is required and no phone numbers are transmitted to our servers.

Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed to minimize data collection. Specifically:

• Phone numbers you enter are stored only on your device (in local storage) to show your recent history. They are never sent to our servers or any third party.
• App preferences (such as your default country and whether you have removed ads) are stored locally on your device only.
• Device information such as your IP address, operating system, and usage times may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into the app (see Third Party Services below).

The Application does not collect your name, precise location, camera, microphone, or contacts. It does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to process your data.

Third Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you. Please review their privacy policies:

• Google AdMob - displays advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization.

• Google Play Billing - handles in-app purchases (Remove Ads). Payment information is processed entirely by Google and is never seen or stored by us.

• WhatsApp - the Application opens WhatsApp via a deep link. Any data you share within WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

In-App Purchases

The Application offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove All Ads") through Google Play Billing. This is a non-recurring, one-time payment. The Service Provider does not collect or store any payment card details. All transactions are handled securely by Google Play. The purchase status is stored locally on your device.

Advertising

The Application displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

Users who purchase "Remove All Ads" will no longer see any advertisements within the Application.

Data Retention

Phone numbers you enter are stored locally on your device until you clear the history within the app or uninstall the Application. The Service Provider does not retain any user data on external servers. Use the "Clear History" option in app settings to delete all locally stored data.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your mobile device or through the Google Play Store.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.

Security

Since phone numbers are stored only on your device and not transmitted to our servers, the risk of a server-side data breach is eliminated. We rely on Google's secure infrastructure for all third-party services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page and revising the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading and using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
