Terms of Service — Easy Chat: easy message

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Easy Chat: easy message ("the App"), developed by NexLab ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What Easy Chat Is

Easy Chat is an independent utility that helps you open WhatsApp chats without saving a contact first, and offers related tools such as message scheduling, message templates, a WhatsApp link/QR generator, status saving, and an app-level PIN/biometric lock.

Easy Chat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its respective owner. The App simply constructs standard wa.me links and hands them to the WhatsApp app already installed on your device — it does not modify, intercept, or have any special access to WhatsApp itself.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App, and you must comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service when using WhatsApp through any link this App generates.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the App to:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing communications
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's normal operation

You are solely responsible for the content of any message you send through WhatsApp using this App, and for complying with WhatsApp's own rules governing messaging conduct.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Easy Chat Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes ads and unlocks additional features. It is billed and processed entirely through Google Play Billing; we never see or store your payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Google Play Store ▸ Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies, not by us directly.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements served through Google AdMob. Advertising helps keep the App free to use. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by NexLab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use NexLab's trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, messages, or business, arising from your use of the App — including any changes, interruptions, or unavailability of WhatsApp itself, which is entirely outside our control.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Use

These Terms are intended to be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
